Loan without registration
Do you need extra cash, but you don’t permanently live in the country? Unfortunately, but you have no chance of getting a loan. For banks and non-bank institutions, reporting is one of the most important conditions for receiving cash support. Therefore, to be able to choose from many loan offers, you must have a permanent address in Poland.
How and where to get a loan without registration?
Due to continuous progress in the loans industry, new benefits are flowing to clients from financial markets. In addition to standard loans available for years, we can choose attractive offers that perfectly match our needs. Despite such diversity and struggle for the client, lenders are reluctant to grant loans without a report. Non-bank companies and banks usually stipulate that one of the conditions for granting a loan is a permanent address in Poland.
Registration obligation – is it valid?
Last year, new regulations were introduced into the act on population records. According to these changes, from January this year the act was to come into force, which abolished the registration requirement. However, this did not happen. It was considered that the address of residence is necessary information without which it would be impossible to properly implement constitutional tasks.
Instead, it was decided to approve another idea. Instead of coming to the office to report, we can do all the formalities by e-mail. This also applies to the case of assigning a PESEL number to foreigners who permanently or temporarily register in Poland.
It is worth recalling that from 2015 no ID cards are issued with the address of residence, which also affected the abolition of registration requirements. However, despite the signals that warned that the lack of residence on evidence would adversely affect the financial market, this did not happen. On the contrary, the loan is currently available to more people through electronic check-in.
How to quickly complete the registration obligation?
Of course, we can arrange the registration matter both online and traditionally, i.e. by visiting the appropriate municipal office. In order to register our place of residence, we must provide documents that will show that we have been staying for more than 30 days at the given address. This can be a consent to the report issued by the owner or manager of the property in which we mix and a document confirming that he or she has the rights to this apartment.
When choosing to the municipal office, we should take an ID card and document (e.g. an extract from the land and mortgage register, rental agreement), which shows that we have the right to the premises. Importantly, we won’t pay a penny for checking in. In addition, thanks to the quick check-in process, we will no longer need a loan without a check-in. A permanent address opens the door to a bank loan and online loans from non-bank companies.
Other conditions for obtaining a loan
Of course, a permanent address in Poland is not the only condition that we must meet to obtain a loan from a non-bank institution. The borrower’s age is also important. In the case of non-bank companies, people under 70-80 years of age can apply for a loan. On the other hand, people who are at least 18 years of age can benefit from online installment loans.
BIG databases such as InfoMonitor, ERIF and KRD are another issue that loan companies pay attention to. The best chances of getting a loan on attractive terms are people who always pay their debts on time and borrow money only when they know they can afford it.
Our income is also an important aspect when granting loans. Employees based on an employment contract are in the best position, but loan offers without an employment contract are also currently available. All you need to do is work on a mandate contract, for a specific task, or obtain income from a pension or retirement pension. Thanks to this, loans are available to practically everyone who receives regular income.
